Jérôme Bernard

Born in the very heart of Brittany in 1980, Jérôme Bernard, drummer and violinist, developed a passion for Photography and Music at an early age. Subsequently he made his way to the French capital and joined the International Institute of Image and Sound, to become a film director where he graduated with a Master of Arts.


In 2011, he started his own company, The Duck Factory (WWW.dkft.fr), that began producing films and commercials. Around the nest, The
Duckers, a network of studios and freelancers with technical and creative expertise. Jérôme worked with major agencies for clients like Armani, BMW, Mont-Blanc, MacDonalds, Kraft Food, Nokia, Mikado, HSBC, Ibis, Renault, HEC, Nestle, Universal and more.


In 2012, the Quad production group, Fighting Fish, signed him as Digital Director (WWW.fightingfish.fr). Later the same year, Jérôme released his short film « Country Parasite » (Orange, CanalPlus, CNC) starring the Groland team, that featured in well known comedy programs on French television (CanalPlus).


Following the successes of 2012, early 2013, Ondamax Films offered him a contract to represent him abroad, USA, South America, Italy
(WWW.ondamaxfilms.com). In parallel, he releases another short movie « A Peu De Chose Pres » (Hossenny production) starring Patrick Mimoun and Dolores Chaplin.
His talent did not remain unnoticed. Both short movies have met great expectations, being now the finalist for various festivals worldwide.
Subsequently, at Cannes film festival, producers propose him to develop feature film.
His universe? Off-the-wall stories, extravagant characters, black humor mixed with strong VFX integration in real image that carries audience to a dreamlike vision.
